The COMAPRESS RS single-axis sprayer is a auxiliary equipment designed for maximum efficiency in die casting processes. Its compact design and advanced technology make it the ideal solution for automating and optimising mould lubrication, improving casting quality and reducing cycle times.
Advanced mechanical structure
COMAPRESS RS is equipped with:
- High-strength belt drive, designed for speed and precision in all work phases;
- Guides with recirculating ball-bearing slides, which ensure smooth running, stability and a long service life, even under the heavy-duty conditions typical of die casting;
- Brushless motor for vertical movement, offering extremely accurate position control and greater energy efficiency than conventional motors.
Intuitive control and
maximum configurability
System management is simple and straightforward thanks to programming via a mobile touch screen HMI, which allows the operator to configure rapidly parameters, cycles and lubrication programmes.
COMAPRESS RS an be set with up to 8 independent lubrication zones, which can be fully customised according to mould shape and production process specifications. This flexibility allows optimal coolant distribution, reducing waste and improving production quality.
Versatile installation
The system can be installed either on a hood or on a fixed plate, easily adapting to different types of die casting machines, both new and already in operation. This feature makes it an ideal solution both for integration into existing systems and for new automation projects.
