The dual-axis sprayer COMAPRESS RS/2 is an advanced lubrication system designed to ensure high performance and precision in mould lubrication. The dual-axis configuration enables optimal management of vertical and horizontal movements, offering greater flexibility and adaptability to different production requirements.
Robust and precise mechanical structure
COMAPRESS RS/2 is equipped with:
- Movement with inclined rack-and-pinion drive, which ensures smoothness, rigidity and precision during all phases of operation;
- Guides with recirculating ball bearing slides, which ensure smooth running, stability and a long service life even under heavy-duty conditions;
- Brushless motors for vertical and horizontal movements, offering accurate position control and high energy efficiency.
Intuitive control and advanced configurability
System management is simple and straightforward thanks to the mobile touch screen HMI, which allows the operator to configure rapidly working parameters, cycles and lubrication programmes.
COMAPRESS RS/2 supports up to 8 independent lubrication zones, which can be fully customised according to mould shape and production process requirements. This versatility allows optimal coolant distribution, reducing waste and improving casting quality.
Installation and operational flexibility
Designed for installation on fixed plates, COMAPRESS RS/2 guarantees maximum stability and reliability during operation.
It can also be fitted with different models of lubrication heads, adapting the system to the specific applications and production standards required.
