SINGLE-AXIS SPRAYER – COMAPRESS RS

The COMAPRESS RS single-axis sprayer is compact, intelligent and efficient. It is fitted with a belt drive, recirculating ball bearings and a brushless motor for vertical movement. Programming is simple and intuitive thanks to the handheld touch screen HMI.
Choice of up to 8 lubrication zones, which can be configured as required. COMAPRESS RS can also be mounted either on a hood or on a fixed machine plate, ensuring maximum flexibility of use.

DUAL-AXIS SPRAYER – COMAPRESS RS/2

The COMAPRESS RS/2 dual-axis sprayer offers dual action and maximum precision. It is equipped with an inclined rack-and-pinion drive and recirculating ball bearings.
Vertical and horizontal movement is driven by brushless motors.
Operation is simple and intuitive thanks to the hand-held touch screen HMI.
It features up to 8 lubrication zones that can be configured as required. COMAPRESS RS/2 is designed for installation on fixed machine plates, ensuring stability and reliability in every operation.
It features the interesting option of installing different lubrication heads.

LADLE LPM COMAPRESS

The Ladle LPM COMAPRESS guarantees speed and control at every stage of production.
It is an aluminium structure, the movement of all axes is via brushless motors and with the complete interpolation of the three axes. Strokes and speed are easily adjusted via the touch panel, without the use of mechanical limit switches.
The system is compatible for direct mounting on injection supports.

TRIMMING PRESS

The Trimming press combines power and energy savings in one machine. Available in models from 20 to 60 tonnes, it features a solid 4-column structure and uses brushless hydraulic technology, which guarantees extreme precision while reducing energy consumption.
It can be used either in manual mode or within automated cells, while workpieces are unloaded by means of pneumatic/motorised systems.

Onboard temperature control systems

A system that reduces the number of pipes between the temperature controller and the mould, optimising overall dimensions and simplifying space management on board the machine.

Suction hood

Designed to capture fumes and vapours generated during lubrication, ensuring targeted extraction of pollutants and improving safety and quality of the working environment.

Piston lubrication systems

Automated systems that dose and spray lubricant on the piston head during the injection phase, reducing metal-to-metal friction. The result is a longer component life and a more consistent production cycle.

Automatic mould clamping systems

These use hydraulic clamping elements to ensure fast, uniform and controlled clamping of moulds on the machine. This reduces mould change times and improves process repeatability.

Automatic ejection locking plug retaining

Ensures precise and stable fixing of extraction spark plugs, significantly reducing tooling time and improving operational reliability.

Collection tank under die casting machine

Used as a waste containment system, designed to ensure the safe collection and management of liquids. They can be supplied complete with electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic systems.

Release agent supply tank

Made of stainless steel, it ensures maximum efficiency and zero waste thanks to a pneumatic pump delivery system, integrated release agent dispenser and an advanced filtering system.
